Premier League Kickoff Times in Nepal Standard Time
Nepal runs 4 hours 45 minutes ahead of the United Kingdom during British Summer Time, and 5 hours 45 minutes ahead during the winter. So a 16:30 UK Sunday kickoff starts at 21:15 in Nepal right now, and at 22:15 once the UK clocks go back.
Nepal Standard Time is UTC+5:45 and never changes. Nepal does not use daylight saving. The UK does, which is the only reason these times move at all.

What changes on 28 March 2027
British Summer Time begins at 02:00 UK time on Sunday 28 March 2027. The UK moves from UTC+0 to UTC+1. Nepal stays where it is.
From that Sunday, every Premier League kickoff lands one hour earlier in Nepal. The Sunday evening match you have been watching at 22:15 becomes a 21:15 start. Midweek matches move past 00:45, which for most people means the following morning.
The UK puts its clocks back again on 31 October 2027, and every time above shifts back an hour.
Why the times are so awkward
Most time zones sit on the hour. Nepal is one of the few in the world offset by 45 minutes, at UTC+5:45. That is why Premier League kickoffs never land on a neat Nepali time: 17:15, 19:45, 22:15 rather than 17:00, 20:00, 22:00.
It also means no standard converter that assumes whole-hour offsets will give you the right answer.

Frequently asked questions

- It depends on the UK slot. During British Summer Time, the Saturday afternoon match at 15:00 UK starts at 19:45 in Nepal, and the Sunday late match at 16:30 UK starts at 21:15. After the UK clocks go back on 28 March 2027, add one hour to both.

- Why is Nepal 45 minutes off the hour?
